Dr. Moturi is a medical doctor who believes in the conservative use of medication; not every problem can be solved with pills. Sessions teach clients and families how to develop confidence and approach problems rationally. We use meditation and other spiritual practices to enhance everyday functioning.
Sricharan Moturi MD
Dr. Moturi completed his medical/general psychiatric training at the University of Alabama (UAB), followed by education at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwestern University; he returned to UAB to complete specialized training in Sleep Disorders. He is one of a select group of psychiatrists in the United States who is qualified in both adult and pediatric sleep medicine.
