Do you or a loved one have difficulty falling or staying asleep? Everyone experiences trouble sleeping at some time, however, if your inability to get adequate amounts of sleep are affecting your ability to function in daily life, you may want to be professionally evaluated.
If you are not getting enough sleep and your sleep problems persist, the American Psychiatry Association urges people to seek evaluation and treatment. In 2020, Dr. Sricharan Moturi, a renowned psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience, formed Saber Psychiatry to treat mental health conditions. Dr. Moturi is highly qualified to evaluate and treat sleep disorders in children and adults.
